2. Smoking & Vaping:
o Oberna Hotel is a 100% Non-Smoking Indoor Establishment. Smoking of tobacco, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, or cannabis is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and public indoor corridors.
o Penalty Fee: $200 USD room recovery fee (for carpet/curtain steaming, air purification, and room downtime).

o Pets are not allowed. Certified service animals assisting disabled guests are permitted with prior hotel management clearance.
